Всем добрый день. У меня возникла проблема с Алексом. Не могу понять, что происходит с человеком, о котором слышал от вас только положительные отзывы. Я пытался сделать заказ у него. Переписку и оплату вел/производил друг. В итоге, как я понял, Алекс не смог связаться с банком для проверки сведений, которые он просил отослать. Но возврат денег он так и не осуществил.
Вот, наша с ним переписка:

what about money refund?
I paid for this order at 19th of May from credit card directly.
Я так и не понял, что за номер дома он обнаружил на карте... Архив с документами он не смог открыть с первого раза, пришлось высылать просто несколько прикрепленных файлов. На письма человек отвечал по несколько дней, а на последнее нет ответа больше недели. Оплата производилась месяц назад, но даже намека нет на то, что она будет возвращена.
Что посоветуете делать, господа?
