I have read all the responds on this thread, and i hope this will answer all question and hopeful will end this debate for good
1. We (and I) do not wish to steal nor to cheat anyone, we run a large scale company with over 5-10 workers that try our best to avoid any confutation that leads us to be called cheater or fraud.
2. I told this before and will tell this again .time frame to ship an international order is 3-4 days to process and additional 5-10 days delivery time to arrive to the consumer.
The time frame is divided into:
1-2 days to confirm payment as we ask every new buyer (only) to confirm the payment by emailing us back the copy of covered card or goes through the processing of that subject (some buyer takes 2-3 days to answer back ) which delays the order .
3. When we finally confirm the payment we go through the inventory which is updated on a daily basis ( except Tangiers which is on a very high demand ) which means all other brands stabuzz,fuimari,nirvana and all we get more inventory on a daily basis except Tangiers . If there is something missing from order we contact the buyer to switch ,wait or to get more information on how proceed
4.If you cancel, the refund should take 3-7 days to apply to the card as it is international transaction.
Contacting us is very easy, I never recall taking more then 24-48 hours to answer an emails
I am very strict with that. if someone says otherwise I like to meet him/her
last but not least , I have satisfied more then enough to prove to anyone that we are reliable and fast , I assure any one that this system that we do is done with all other website and they experience the same .
I know in this market that no one is perfect and I mean no one, there is flaws and it we intend to keep it safe and secure .
If costumes reject the package, I say agine there is very little that we can do so we cannot be held responsible. And if it was returned to us we happy to refund the money
And yes we have return address on every package.
P.S on the other hookah-pro site, I challenge anyone who did not contacted me and did not get a resolution i give money back right away , That’s how customer service is very important to us
