1. We (and I) do not wish to steal nor to cheat anyone, we run a large scale company with over 5-10 workers that try our best to avoid any confutation that leads us to be called cheater or fraud.
2. I told this before and will tell this again .time frame to ship an international order is 3-4 days to process and additional 5-10 days delivery time to arrive to the consumer.
The time frame is divided into:

3. When we finally confirm the payment we go through the inventory which is updated on a daily basis ( except Tangiers which is on a very high demand ) which means all other brands stabuzz,fuimari,nirvana and all we get more inventory on a daily basis except Tangiers . If there is something missing from order we contact the buyer to switch ,wait or to get more information on how proceed
4.If you cancel, the refund should take 3-7 days to apply to the card as it is international transaction.
Contacting us is very easy, I never recall taking more then 24-48 hours to answer an emails
I am very strict with that. if someone says otherwise I like to meet him/her
last but not least , I have satisfied more then enough to prove to anyone that we are reliable and fast , I assure any one that this system that we do is done with all other website and they experience the same .
I know in this market that no one is perfect and I mean no one, there is flaws and it we intend to keep it safe and secure .
If costumes reject the package, I say agine there is very little that we can do so we cannot be held responsible. And if it was returned to us we happy to refund the money
And yes we have return address on every package.
P.S on the other hookah-pro site, I challenge anyone who did not contacted me and did not get a resolution i give money back right away , That’s how customer service is very important to us
That's a lie. I tried to contact with you about TEN times and never got an answer. Your customer service is the worst that I've seen.

Ok, Mark... I will post here the story of MY order which cannot be shipped about 3 weeks...
19 November... I have made an order N 72384....
23 November... U've taken my money and posted status SHIPPED at the page of my orders...
Than i will just paste here the history of our conversation....

Firstly, Order 71165
One of Earl Grey packs came torn (photo is enclosed). This is unacceptable. I contacted you right away after I got the order, which was about 3-4 weeks ago and also enclosed a photo. I got no answer.
Secondly, the same order.
I ordered about 6 kilos and you sent me 3, without even asking me! If you didn't have something I ordered in stock you should've contact me before sending the order. I also contacted you regarding that and as always, no answer.
Finally, with one of the orders you sent me 6 250g packs of nakhla fakhfakhina lemon, instead of mizo. We agreed that you'll send me an extra tangiers pack with next order, but I never saw that extra pack also.
I never have problems with customs. What I wrote earlier regards only your performance as an online shop.

Может совпадение, но через 2 дня, как я ему написал (13 Дек), что хочу кэшбэк или пойду заяву в банк писать, чудным образом выяснилось, что заказ готов к отправке и уже на почте...Ну что ж... вероятность получения посыли к нг стремится к нулю(хотя в прошлом месяце также заказывал из штатов и пришло дней через 12 оО)... Осталось только дождаться и сверить комплектацию...а то еще и там сюрпризы будут...

ИТОГ: Для того,что бы дождаться отправки, пришлось ждать месяц, отправить не один десяток писем ему и в его
